I embrace every opportunity to hold space for yoga practitioners, empowering them to explore the practice. I believe that the yoga mat should be a safe space where we can let our guards down, be open and vulnerable; allowing ourselves to find strength and healing through yoga. As personal trainer with a background in yoga, I am able to provide a well-balanced training programme to build both strength and flexibility in a mindful, safe and structured manner.
